Welcome to the “post your covers!” thread. The concept is pretty straightforward—share your guitar covers here!
I hope it’ll encourage you to get into recording yourself, seeking out tabs, learning by ear, and playing songs you love.
You can record yourself by uploading the song you’re learning to your DAW and playing along with it.
Some DAWs, like Logic and Ableton, have a built-in stem separator, which allows you to isolate and remove the guitar tracks so you can replace them with your own.
If your DAW doesn’t have a stem separator tool and you don’t want to pay for one, don’t worry. You don’t need to remove the guitar tracks. You can just play along with the track as is and it’ll still sound rad.
Your cover can be either a video (more fun) or an audio track (easier at first). When you share a cover, please write very clearly in your post the artist/band and the name of the song.
There’s no minimum skill or difficulty level required. Remember that everyone’s here to progress and have fun
